Annual Deer Run POA Meeting Coming Up May 9,2026
Duties of the Board of Directors include but are not limited to:
*Managing of the business and affairs of the association.
*Adopt and publish rules and regulations governing use of common area and facilities.
*Exercise for the Association all powers, duties, and authority vested in or delegated to this Association.
*Employ a manager, secretary, attorneys, and /or such other employees as they deem necessary, and to prescribe and oversee their duties.
